This is from one of my favourite books, Benjamin & Tulip by Rosemary Wells. There are at least three perfect lines that provoke hactual, proper giggles every time I look at it. And any book that does this after 9239472439 reads is automatically brilliant.
Tulip is basically a badass - but I am sure it will not surprise you to learn that her and Benjamin find a way to love each other in the end.
